Marmedsa Group obtained its Quality Assurance UNE-EN-ISO9002 Certification in September 1995, being the first Spanish shipping agency obtaining in this qualification for its network. Since then, quality improvement has been tackled and followed up in a systematic and planned manner. Nowadays, we consider our Quality Policy as our most important competitive weapon and as the way of improving the effectiveness and flexibility of our company.
On September 2003 Marmedsa Group Quality Management System was ISO 9001:2000 certified.
We consider that Total Quality management is far wider in its application than assuring product or service quality, it is a way of managing our company to improve every aspect of performance, both internally and externally.
